About Us:
Five 40 Roller Girls was formed in late 2011. We are aspiring to be a WFTDA League. WFTDA (Women’s Flat Track Derby Association), is the national governing body for women’s amateur flat track roller derby. WFTDA is comprised of skater-owned and operated leagues nationwide that have united to lead this growing sport. Five 40 is a non-profit league run entirely by the skaters, who contribute their free time and talents to manage every aspect of the league. We are currently seeking skaters, refs, non skating officials and volunteers.
We currently practice at the Fredericksburg Armory on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. If you are interested in getting more information about joining the team or would like to come check out a practice, please email Five40RollerGirls@gmail.com.
